Weigh In Update
I can honestly say that the two weeks between January 12 and February 2 were a bit depressing. I know that my weight gain was due to the fact that I wasn't drinking enough water, tracking my eating or exercising like I had been. Winters in West Virginia can really put a damper on the running career. Never the less, I'm looking forward to making smarter choices in the new year and for the snow to melt away so I can get out, get moving and melt some of me away. Slàinte
It has been a rough January on the weight-loss journey. As you can see from my last posted Weigh In I had gained a little weight over the holidays. The following week I dropped to 227.4 and two weeks later I was back up to 230. I am happy to say that this week I was back down to 224.6 and I'm glad to be heading back in the right direction again.
