Pour Over Coffee

I have one of these pour over coffee devices at work but my coffee doesn't compare to what's made in this video. I need to work on my technique.

In an effort to be more frugal I thought I try my hand at made-from-scratch pizza crust. Just flour, water, salt, yeast and evoo.

It turned out pretty good except for the fat free mozzarella cheese. Next time I'll try 2% or go all out for the regular stuff.

Need to include some veggies too.
